The Client is solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other entry or transit documentation necessary to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Tourvest Destination Management t/a Pure-Travel does not guarantee the approval of any visa application, as visa decisions are made solely by the relevant governmental authorities and are outside the Company’s control.
In the event that a Client’s visa application is refused, the following shall apply:
- Any non-refundable deposits, third-party ticketing costs, accommodation fees, or supplier charges already incurred by the Tourvest Destination Management t/a Pure-Travel shall remain non-refundable.
- Any refundable amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers (if applicable) will be returned to the Client, less any reasonable administrative or processing fees.
- Tourvest Destination Management t/a Pure-Travel shall not be liable for additional losses, consequential damages, or costs arising from visa refusal.
- Any and all flights; Airport Taxes; Passports and visas if applicable.
- Any and all match ticket upgrades from Cat 2 to Cat 1.
- Admission fees into sights of interest not included in the tour cost/itinerary. Personal
- Expenses such as tips for meals, gratuities, telephone calls, beverages, all meals not mentioned under inclusions and anything else of a personal nature
- Local Taxes to be settled directly, unless stipulated
- Any other services not mentioned.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY A QUOTE, AND NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN SECURED ON YOUR BEHALF.
- ALL QUOTES ARE VALID FOR 48 HOURS – thereafter subject to change.
- A quote is subject to availability at the time of confirmation from client.
- A 100% payment is required within 72 hours of booking to secure the package.
- All hotel accommodation and event tickets may be upgraded at an additional cost – subject to availability.
- If flights are included in the above quote, they are based on individual fares (unless otherwise stated).
- If flight costs are included, they are subject to availability and change. Airport Tax is subject to change due to final route confirmation and rate of exchange.
- Airport Tax will be invoiced separately.
- If transfers are included in the above quote, it is based on a minimum of 20 full paying passengers. If less than 20 passengers are confirmed, we will need to re-quote package cost.
- All prices quoted are based on tariffs and fares currently available, as well as the prevailing rates of exchange & therefore these prices are subject to change without prior notification.
- The quote is based on the current Rate of Exchange.
- Should any service, e.g. hotel, airline, coach etc. increase, this will mean an increase in the quoted cost by Pure-Travel.
